Custom Jewelry 

You will receive a confirmation email once order is placed. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after purchase.

 

Tracking numbers are sent to email or phone number provided at checkout once your order is packaged and shipped.

 

*Please remember that all custom items are made to order and cannot be rushed. Each piece is individually made and inspected for quality assurance. All custom orders require a processing and production time of 2-3 weeks. This can vary depending on production demand.

Please Note: Multiple items ordered together under one order, may be sent separately. In this case you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE 

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. There are absolutely NO refunds, returns or exchanges.

 

SHIPPING

Please ensure that you are entering your correct information at checkout. Refunds will not be issued due to failure to input the correct shipping and billing information.

Faliure to collect item at the post office within a week, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

Digital items are instant download. There will be NO RETURNS on digital products.
